- Geographic information: collection and destination address, GPS locations:

- Claims data: location information, claims details error, and crash reports;
- Financial data: any payment-related information that you provide, credit or debit card information, bank account information.

- Marketing data: includes marketing and communication preferences, information relating to promotions, customer experience, feedback forms ‘rate your driver’ reports, and company statistics.

How long will we hold your data for?
We will only retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including to satisfy any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. Our standard retention periods are set out below:
- Marketing: We will hold your data for a period of 36 months with a review every 12 months. You will have the opportunity to opt-out, update, or delete data at any point should you need to do so and details are set out in this policy as to how to do that.
- Contracted Services: We will hold your data for 7 years in line with applicable laws.
