New Customer Ratings System & Driver Rewards
After every job, customers will rate your service (1⭐ to 5⭐). Your ratings will unlock exclusive reward tiers:
🥉Bronze:0 – 20 stars
🥈Silver:20 – 49 stars
🏅Gold:50+ stars
🎁 Exclusive Rewards by Tier
🎖️ Bronze (0 to 10 stars)
- You can switch between the current and new rent structure with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
- If you decide the new structure isn’t for you after 3 months, you can revert to your original structure.
- This structure provides greater flexibility and allows you to keep more of your earnings as you complete more jobs.
- Earn up to £400: 23% Rent
- £401 to £600: 20% Rent
- £601 to £800: 18% Rent
- £800 and above: 16% Rent
This new rent structure has a cap of £200. So the more you work the more you earn the less rent you pay which will benefit each and every one of you.
🎖️ Silver (20 to 49 stars)
- All Bronze-level benefits, plus:
- Earn 1 point for each job completed (1 point deducted for rejections or jobs sent back to base).
- Reach 1,500 points to receive a FREE week’s rent based on your average rent paid.
- After your free week, your points reset to zero, allowing you to earn more rewards.
🌟 Gold (50+ stars)
- All Bronze and Silver-level benefits, plus:
- Access to replacement tyres for your registered vehicle at cost price.
- Access to essential car accessories (e.g., wipers, batteries, brake discs/pads) at cost price.
- Discounted services from our preferred accountancy partner.
- Eligibility to join the Take Me GOLD fleet, providing access to all local sites at no extra charge.
- Customers will now be able to request a Gold driver.
- Receive a Take Me Gold lapel pin, certificate, and an additional Gold door sticker to recognize your achievement.
