By completing the registration form and submitting your information, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Participation is open to students currently enrolled at a recognised UK college, university, or training institution.
1.2 Proof of student status may be required (e.g., student ID, university email address).
1.3 You must be aged 16 years or older to register.

5. Student Responsibility

6.1 From time to time, Take Me Group Ltd may invite registered students to act as Student Ambassadors.
6.2 Student Ambassadors may be asked to participate in promotional activities, including but not limited to video recordings, social media campaigns, events, or surveys.
6.3 Participation is voluntary. If you agree to take part, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and likeness in marketing materials.
6.4 Student Ambassadors will be recompensed either through additional exclusive promotions, enhanced discounts, or, in some cases, vouchers or gift cards.
6.5 No employment relationship shall arise from participation in Student Ambassador activities.

8.2 Continued participation following changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Competition – £100 Amazon Voucher
10.1 By registering for student promotions, you will automatically be entered into our competition to win a £100 Amazon voucher.
10.2 The competition is open from 1st September 2025 and will close at 23:59 (UK time) on 31st October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
10.3 One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place on 4th November 2025 and the winner will be notified by email.
10.4 To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the notification email within 14 days. If no response is received, Take Me Group Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10.5 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
10.6 Take Me Group Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
10.7 Take Me Group Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures, incomplete registrations, or other issues beyond our reasonable control.
10.8 The winner may be required to provide proof of student status and identity before the prize is issued.
10.9 By entering the competition, you agree that your first name, initial of surname, and institution may be used for winner announcement and reasonable publicity purposes (unless you notify us otherwise in writing).
10.10 Employees of Take Me Group Ltd and their immediate families are excluded from the competition.
10.11 Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition, including eligibility and the awarding of the prize, is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
