Customer Feedback

From: Susan Cook & John Smart
Visitors from Canada

“We're Canadian tourists spending 11 weeks in the UK. Normally, we rent a vehicle and drive, but during this trip my husband suffered two brain hemorrhages, resulting in hospitalizations. We had to return our rental car and suddenly found ourselves relying on transport services.

We required transport from the countryside near Kirkymoorside to York on October 3rd, and again from York to Windsor on October 31st.

We were extremely fortunate to contact Take Me Malton, speaking with Yvonne, who immediately made us feel confident. She ensured we had fabulous drivers who could manage our extremely heavy luggage and numerous bags.

Both drivers truly deserve an Atta-Boy Award, and Yvonne absolutely deserves an Atta-Girl Award.

Carlos drove us to Windsor on Friday. His vehicle was spotless and very comfortable, and he was incredibly kind and pleasant throughout the journey.

We are grateful to have encountered these two drivers and Yvonne. Thank you for giving us the chance to share our appreciation.”

A huge thank you to:

  • Yvonne – for her outstanding support and customer care

  • Carlos – for his kindness, professionalism, and spotless vehicle

  • The entire Malton team – for representing Take Me with pride

Great job, team! Keep up the amazing service.
